Do I have to book in advance?

We recommend you book a time slot in advance to avoid disappointment, but you are more than welcome to just turn up without a booking and queue for Santa's grotto, though we cannot guarantee that there will be slots available at that point.

How do I book tickets?

You can book your time slot for a grotto visit or Breakfast with Santa via our online booking system here. If you don't want to use the online system, you can ring us on 01925 224138 or e-mail us at info@trebaron.co.uk. Alternatively, you can come down to the Garden Centre and speak to a member of staff about booking your time slot.

How will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be e-mailed to you after you have purchased it online or via telephone. If you have not received these details after 1 day, please check your junk mail and, if necessary, contact us on 01925 224138 and we will provide you with your ticket. Please print the ticket off and bring it with you to your visit, or just bring a phone or device that shows the ticket on your e-mails.

Where can I park my car?

We have a car park available, which is free to the public. It is located in front of the entrance to the garden centre.

I can't make it to my time-slot anymore. Can I cancel my booking?

All cancellations must be requested 7 days prior to your booked time-slot. If you wish to cancel your booking, please ring 01925 224138 and give your order number to a member of staff. The booking will then be cancelled and you will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any bookings later than 7 days prior to your booked time-slot. After this point, you will not be refunded for your ticket under any circumstances.
